You may notice new white spots occurring on the teeth after using whitening strips or any whitening treatment. Do not worry, this is normal. These spots were already present on the teeth before however become noticeable after the whitening treatments. As the teeth become lighter these white spots become more visible. As you continue to use the strips and as the teeth become whiter they they should disappear and blend in.

Results will differ from person to person and depend on many factors, including whether you smoke, drink coffee/tea and consume certain foods. Some people will see results after just one application of our whitening strips and others will see results after three applications. We recommend using our whitening strips daily for 5 consecutive days to achieve the best results.

Teeth whitening is not permanent. People who expose their teeth to foods and beverages that cause staining will see their results fade over time.

The amount of whitening varies and cannot be predicted and everyone will respond differently. It may lighten anywhere from 5 to 10 shades.

Existing restorations such as tooth-coloured fillings, ceramic fillings, dentures, crowns, composite bonding, veneers and bridges do not lighten with any whitening products.

Do not use on loose teeth, temporary fillings, orthodontic appliances and decayed teeth. Consult your dentist if you have any dental concerns.

We advise that you minimise smoking, drinking wine, tea, coffee and other food items that can stain your teeth.

How white your teeth turn out depends on many factors, such as diet, your age, genetics and the extent and cause of tooth discolouration and how well you stick to your whitening routine.

Ideally your teeth should be clean when applying the Strips. You may brush your teeth after use to remove any residual gel left on your teeth

Yes, but such contact should be minimised to avoid gum irritation.

It is not uncommon to experience tooth sensitivity and/or gum irritation when whitening your teeth. This is temporary and NOT harmful. To alleviate symptoms, it may be sensible to whiten your teeth on alternate days, rather than daily whitening. Brush with toothpaste for sensitive teeth after applying the strips to help with sensitivity!

The whitening Strips are more comfortable, less bulky, and allow you to whiten on the go. Additionally each strip already contains the optimum amount of whitening gel so it’s ready for you to apply.

Yes. It is safe to swallow saliva when using the whitening strips. You may also notice a foaming reaction as the whitening works, this is completely normal.

We hope that you love your whitening strips, however if you change your mind you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date. However the product must be unused and unopened. We will only provide you with a refund once we have receive the product.
